Help Center Failed error 2147143679

Windows ME froze. I had to manually shut down. When I brought it back up, After the
disk scan I tried to run help and got this error message( initalization of help center
failed report to msn support error number 2147143679). A search of msn support didn't
help. Anyone out there know what is going on.

I have developed the same problem and have checked
on all Microsoft Help & Support sights without any
success. Can anyone e-mail me with any help or
suggesstions. Thank you.

i went to start my computer one morning and went to the kitchen to get something
to eat while it booted up upon my return i found a blue screan which made mention
of an error. I was wondering if anyone knows what this error is and or what i have
to do to fix it i would greatly like your help if anyone would respond thank you
and have a nice day.
