QuickLink III Fax Driver message when trying to print

Computer is running Windows ME and has never had a problem printing. Now, when attempting to print a document, a message appears reading "QuickLink III Fax Driver - You must run QuickLink III once before using the print driver..." I had no idea that the computer even had this software on it, so it has never been used. At this point, I am unable to print until I resolve this message. Any ideas? Thanks!

Quicklink III ( QL.EXE )
Program Title: Quicklink III 
Microsoft Office Application

Comments: Not Required at Startup

HP fax program and only needs to be in the start-up group if you allow your phone 
to automatically answer your phone in fax mode, that is, to receive faxes after a 
certain number of rings.

Available in  Start button " Programs "

I am Kenny, same problem as Ron 11/03/04.....
