Please Help.
When I start my computer windows me screen appears, then scandisk states
improper shutdown detected, after it run & when I log on to windows AVG RESIDENT
SHEILD finds VIRUS TROJAN HORSE DOWNLOADER KEENVAL.J after healing, can't get beyond
restore my desktop, can't even shut down with mouse pointer.PLEASE HELP.

can you get into windows in safe mode? (hold down both control keys when booting
the computer, or do the press the F8 key thing.) if system restore is on, turn it
off. reboot. if okay then you can re-enable it. trojan files are held there after
being cleaned.
also right click on the desktop and if active desktop is turned on with a check by
show web content, then uncheck it.
