when ever i start windows i get the following error messages MSScriptControl::unknown
error and error loading c:\windows\bxxs5.dll and i need help fixing this problem
and also when i shut down the computer will not shut all the way down and i get the
error mprexe has caused an error in msnp32.dll please help

probably adware or spyware, run through the malware section of Jack's
ME Fix's to clean out your system, let us know the results, good luck.

by following your instruction i was able to get rid of 2 of the errors but my computer
still does not shut down or restart i guess 2 is better than 4 thanx for the help
