Can someone please help me with this error that pops up when I start my computer.
My firewall and parental control are also innactive. I have tried everything, but
cannot find this DLL file.
please help, I'm desperate!

your firewall is inactive, why? you should not be on the net with your firewall off,
you may be infected with a trojan or other type of malware so first try and log onto
and utilize these online scans (all 3 to find what each other does not)...
HOUSECALL,
Panda
ActiveScan, and
Bit Defender
then, download, install, update and scan with...
Ad-Aware SE,
SpyBot-Search &
Destroy, you may have to Disable
System Restore, in order to ensure proper cleaning.
