MSScriptControl::Unknown error

I recently did a thorough scan with scandisk and I defraged my computer. After this
was done, up pops this MSScriptControl::Unknown error message.
It comes up when I boot up the machine. I have used my McAfee virus scanner and it
either can not find this or its not a virus. Please help me with some ideas as to
how I can get rid of this. By the way, I also shut off the restore program as this
was suggested to me too.
I never had this message until after the scandisk and defrag.
Please any help would be appreciated.

I did the same thing and now get that error. ThaiTu's reply is incomplete or I would
try his solution.
