Which is better? AVG or Bitdefender?

Hi, Which AV do you think is better? AVG free version or Bitdefender 7.0 free version?
My Norton subscription expires in a few days and I'm going with one of the free ones.
Especially after both Panda and Bitdefender's online scan found a trojan that Norton
missed completely, (and I gave it a second chance!!) and Bitdefender removed it.
My system is a 20g HD, 1.4g AMD Athlon T-bird chip, 256m ram, ME, and Sygate firewall.
I'm using Firefox almost 100% of the time and have all the anti-spyware tools, too.
Thank's a bunch !! :-) Tom

Not sure on Bitdefender but have had good results with AVG. Here's another free option
that seems to be popular-------------http://www.avast.com/

Thanks Norm......I bookmarked the Avast site, and also, as a sidebar on a Google
page (read "paid"), found a site that compared AV products. Just a few minutes ago,
when I tried to update Norton, it tells me the last update broke the "Live Update"
feature, and I should uninstall and then reinstall the whole program. So it's goodbye
Norton. I'm going to go with AVG, as it seems most here think it's the best of the
free ones out there. Thank you, ;-) Tom
