Start Menu: Can I change "Search" to "Find?"

I'm talking about the Start Menu dialog. In Win98 it was "Find." In ME, it's "Search." The problem for me is that Search and Settings are next to each other and I'm always clicking one when I want the other. I did try editing explorer.exe with a hex editor, but could not find Search in it either in hex or ASCII.
