Run Spybot (make sure it is version 1.3 and you have updated it with the latest update online) and remove the items. Then reboot. If they come back after rebooting, it is most likely that the items are being installed by some application or P2P program you are running. In a case like that, you have to remove the application that is putting them back. You would also be advised to run a full Anti-Virus scan, a Trojan scan and Ad-Aware SE to make sure there are not other things on your system. If might also be necessary to reboot into Safe Mode and try the scans. There are some things that programs like SpyBot S&D can not remove unless other parts of the pest are removed. It is also possible that you have an infection such that when you are online, it downloads other items like this.
