I assume you mean that Recycle Bin is missing from the desktop if so........

Try this: Open "Windows Explorer", then drag and drop recycle bin, onto the desktop.

I couldn't find it using explorer either.

If you have TweakUI in your Control Panel, open it and select the Desktop tab. Put a check mark in front of Recycle Bin.

If TweakUI is not installed you can download it HERE. Just be sure to follow the install instructions exactly.

I have the same problem as this guy, and I installed TweakUI correctly, but the recycle Bin icon doesn't show up in the desktop folder in the TweakUI program.
