Silly I know but I have a teeny tiny monitor and my windows are so huge that I cannot even play a game or read stuff on the internet without sliding over. Is there a way to make the windows smaller. Thanks.

Right click on the Desktop, click Properties, in Display Properties click Settings tab. Adjust the "Screen Area" slide bar one step to the right. Click Apply button.
