It sounds like you have installed the "HotBar" browser tool. And it is causing problems as usual. Either get rid of it as it is considered ADware/Spyware or live with the problems it causes. You should be able to remove it through its entry in Add/Remove programs. Hotbar However, if you infected your system with Hotbar by installing some of the older P2P programs, you are most likely infected with a lot of other junk, which is conflicting and causing the errors.
