i often get an error message while logging onto yahoo messenger... ypager has caused an error in wininet.dll ypager will now close... thats the error that comes up and then i have to close yahoo messenger but when i am able to log onto yahoo messenger when i try to close it, it pops up with the same error message....can someone help with this im using windows me...

This isn't really a ME issue, and the only thing I can suggest is to uninstall/reinstall Yahoo Messenger.

completley uninstalling messenger, by way of add and remove and then opening up program files, finding yahoo, open it up, finding messenger, and right clicking it and delete it, empty out recycle bin, rebooting and then trying to re-install it off the web. make sure you check to see what Java you are using, if it's still M$ Java, then I would suggest using Sun Java VM (google it). If that doesn't get it, as Carol J had said, it really isn't a windows problem, you may have to ask Yahoo Messenger Support.. (check Yahoo's HomePage for that)... ;)
