completley uninstalling messenger, by way of add and remove and then opening up program
files, finding yahoo, open it up, finding messenger, and right clicking it and delete
it, empty out recycle bin, rebooting and then trying to re-install it off the web.
make sure you check to see what Java you are using, if it's still M$ Java, then I
would suggest using Sun Java VM (google it). If that doesn't get it, as Carol J had
said, it really isn't a windows problem, you may have to ask Yahoo Messenger Support..
(check Yahoo's HomePage for that)... ;)
