Occassionally I get email files which I am unable to open satisfactorily. The format reads: EMAIL_AUTO_FILE Driving me crazy. Anyone know how I can open this file? Thanks.

Instead of double-clicking the e-mail file, try dragging it onto the icon for the
Outlook Express program. Or run Outlook Express, and drag the e-mail file onto the
Outlook Express window.

In Windows ME, another solution would be to right-click on the e-mail file and select
"Open With...", then select "Choose Program...", then choose Outlook Express.

The Outlook Express program will probably be located in a folder in "C:\Program Files".

You can, alternatively, navigate to that folder using Windows Explorer.
