Question about 'Using .CAB Files'

My anti-virus tells me I have the worm Bagel in file FS58.CAB but it doesn't repair or delete it. How important is this and, if necessary, how do I get rid of it. Thanks, Norm

Try this: Boot to Safe Mode then run virus scan. If that doesn't work disable System Restore then run virus scan.

How To Disable/Enable WindowsME System Restore

This worked perfectly. The problem was in the Restore files and disabling then re-enabling the restore system got rid of it. Thanks so much for the help. Norm
