My "make new connection" is greyed out each time I click on it, also the same for my modem and telephony (control panel). Inside my communications (add/remove programs..windows setup) there is nothing there for dial-up networking. I have tried microsoft tech support but they only seem to have the answer there for win xp, after reasearch it seems that the problem may lie in registry keys, I have no idea what to do and would appreciate any help.
