I have a question about How do I move the TaskBar and the Start Menu?:

well, i thought it was called a "toolbar" but at the bottum of the screen the "taskbar", it dissappears when i sign on to aol. is this a "windows" thing i can clear up?? or an "aol" thing?? it used to be always there but it is gone. thank you in advance for any help

I'm not sure if it's the same in ME, but in XP you right click on the task bar, select 
Properties, then check the "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" box on the 
taskbar tab.
