would like some info on how to get "new free host" web sight from high jacking my browser "explorer",evey time i open my browser this web sight takes over when i am trying to surf other sights.

I assume you've ran spyware/virus scans, since you know your system's infected... 
Anyhow, you need to follow some malware cleaning steps and post on a malware support 
forum for assistance clearing this up.

Follow the pre-posting steps on any One of these sites, before posting a message 
in the spyware/hijacking section. Post only on ONE of these sites.

P.S. Once your system's cleaned up, Stop using IE as your main browser. Switch to 
a more secure, less malware prone browser such as Firefox or Opera.

Absolutely.Use Firefox as your browser and within a week you'll forget that IE even exists.I'm having excellent results with ver 2 , it's even got a spell checker thrown in as well!
