You can't.. Going that large from a very small print will result in blocks and bluriness.
Once the data is thrown away in a lossee compression or if that was the native digital
resolution, you can't increase the resolution without digital side effects. The
pics need to be stored in a minimum quality resolution, preferably in a TIFF format.
You can always compress copies of them down but originals need to be saved in the
highest resolution if you want to keep the most quality.. It takes a lot more space
but you keep the original quality. The size you have now is basically about an icon
size which can not be increased to anything of any quality even for a 3 X 5 print.
If you want to try, there are many free programs that can do it if you don't have
a pro graphics program to do it with.
