REMOVE of AVG is impossible from computer. tried everything. HELP BUTCH THINKS.

It's not impossible and you didn't try everything, since you haven't succeeded yet. 

Try reinstalling it over the top of the current installation. If that doesn't help, 
go to CastleCops site and describe your problem "in detail" on the AVG support forum 
there.
