I am having a problem printing color on my printer. It used to print color but now it only prints b&w. I thought it might be the color cartridge. I changed the cartridge and the test page prints fine but when i print out a document i get b&w.

Rich, we can't do anything to help. Try reinstalling the drivers, or locate a printer related forum.

Check if there is a nozzle clean in the printer properties.
