If the BIOS needs DDO to handle it (the disk drive capacity) correctly, the DDO will
have to be reinstalled before anything else is done, or installed to the drive.
The PC manufacturer or the HDD manufacturer usually provide the DDO software. If
available, it should be found on their website if you don't have it on disk/disc..
