I recently tried to change my OS from WIN ME to WIN XP Home Edition. The XP downloaded to a drive with very low memory while the WIN ME stayed the same. Now I have 2 operating systems. How do I fix this???

You start over, when the XP installer is going through it's startup/setup, you format
drive C (wipes out your Win 9X install) and install XP there. You can't "move" XP
to the C drive. It has to be installed there. We don't recommend upgrading a Win
9X system to XP as you will have problems and issues most of the time (old incompatible
software and utilities), ending up that you will probably have to do a clean install
of XP anyway.

You will find just about every answer to your questions here:
