Ask around, it shouldn't be hard to find someone with a ME CD you can borrow...or
buy a used one cheap on an auction site. Follow these directions: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/812340

Are you sure your system's clean? At any rate you can get a copy of that file from
this site.

Merijn is the original author of CWShredder and HijackThis, so it's a trustworthy
source. Make sure you d/l the correct one for ME systems. You need to copy the Rundll32.exe
file into your Windows\System folder.

You will find a backup copy of the file Rundll32.exe on your hard disk, in the directory
C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\CABS in the zipped file WIN_17.CAB
Extract a copy of that file using an unzip utility such as WinZip, and copy the file
to C:\WINDOWS
