Windows media player freezes

Hey there, I have a really annoying problem, when watching short videos or streaming
video, I can watch two videos and then the screen freezes on the third. For instance
the Caltrans traffic camera site, when I switch to another location camera it will
work once or twice then freezes, then I go to control-alt-delete, click end task
on the site and I see a mini screen with just a frozen, jumbled image and everything
just stops, so I shut the computer down and restart and it's fine for two more.
Help?

I too, have a similar problem but not quite the same.
When I am watching a video, it sometimes freezes for no apparent reason and I have
to Ctrl+Alt+Dlt.
Also when I am listening to music the ambience stops suddenly but the music and the
time bar don't. I have checked and there is barely any RAM being used.
Does anyone know what is causing WMP to freeze?
