I have a problem reading arabic messages on my windows Me laptop. since microsoft stopped supporting this system I am looking for help from your forum. IE works well and I can read arabic websites and I also have arabic keyboard but can not add Arabic language support in the control panel. Help.

If your laptop can handle it (256 MB RAM at least, 512 MB better with a 500 Mhz+ processor), upgrade to XP. That would be the cheapest route.
