MSN and Reading Pane

I have an elderly couple living close by and I take car of domestic issued and there
computer type propbs. However they use MSN to say in touch with there Canadian family
connections but recently MEN, which I do not use has changed. If they open their
mail some text in a message can over flow the width of the page. now bear in mind
they are 800 by 600 due to eye sight. It appears the text is not in a Reading Pain
and it's width is controlled by the format of the sender or if you are writing an
email the automatic return new line is about 5 cm off the screen. Anyone and ideas
how to fix this form them. Regards Peter
