Adobe Reader
6.0 I use it with Win98SE so it will work with WinME.
Also Foxit Reader 2.3.2825
will read and print PDF files.

Another option (if you need one!) is to download Acrobat Reader 4.0 from Oldversion.com.
It's years old, in fact it's the earliest version of the reader to have the modern-style
Windows interface; and, because it's a 4MB application as opposed to the 30-odd
MB of the later versions, it opens almost instantly and goes out like a light when
you exit. And, yes, I'm still waiting to find a PDF file it can't open.
