well go to msonfig and turn of all the start up items off
and in safe mode go to start>startup and delete them any thing in it (copy them some
where else if ur gonna use them later) and go cnrl alt del and end task rundll32.dll

if its saying this it means theres some thing wrong with rundll32.dll mabye finding
it in ur windows me cab files and replacing it would work

if its some thing with ur start up items then ur have to go though all of them intill
ur find them
but if u dont need them starting up at start up then dont brothher

RE-REGISTER THE SYSTEM DLL FILES

First try this.

Go to START > RUN and then type:

  regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Press Enter. You should see a brief message that the dll has been successfully registered.

Do the same with the following, one at a time, pressing enter after each:

regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Browseui.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll

Then download and install this Microsoft patch, which will install DLL files that are compatible with Win9x:

  MCREPAIR.EXE

Answer YES when prompted to replace a Newer file with an Older version.
