I have never posted a video on my favorite website forum. I have the information as to how to embed it but I need some specific help. So here is my 2 questions: Suppose I find a video on the net that I want to post, o.k? How do I know if its alright for me to do so, and by that I mean, do I have to ask permission? My second question: How do I transfer that video to my forum...For this question to be answered to my understanding would require that I am walked through, step by step...Honestly I am cap tightly screwed when it comes to these things. If you need further info please let me know.

This isn't a WinME problem there are loads of forums that can help you with this
problem.

You need to get permission of the original author to use there video, copywrite.

It depends what format this video is in. Most web videos are flash videos so you
need to be setup for flash.

What makes far more sense, is easier to do, and avoids any rights issues is to simply
post a link to the original source.
