Well it depends where you downloaded Firefox 3 from. The last version that runs on Win9x/ME is Firefox 2.0.0.20 Check the spec of the place you downloaded from. There are some work a rounds posted on the internet, but I never tried them. I would just stay with version 2. Windows 98, and Win ME, are losing support from many software and Hardware vendors.
