I think that I made a big mistake. My laptop started to slow down to the point that it wouldn't boot, then wouldn't boot to safe. I managed to save my important files to Iomega. I then partitioned and wiped out my hard drive. I cannot use the startup to dos-I get an error. Biggest problem; I have an external cd because the laptop's doesn't work. I need to get into dos to install a dos driver for the external. I have tried a multitude of floppy boot disks and nothing. Any help appreciated.
