Question about 'Customize the Start Menu Button'

I have a question about Customize the Start Menu Button:

I'd like to edit the word Start on the Start menu button and write a different word. I've gone online and searched how to do it on search engines but the only thing that I get in return is how it can be done for Windows 95 and Windows 98. My question is how can it be done for Windows ME because that is the operating system that I use. I really would appreciate help on this. THanks.

I think they should have named Windows ME Windows 2000, and just let Windows 2000 stay as NT 5.

The same procedure works for the WinME explorer.exe. Search for the multiple occurances of "530074006100720074" and replace them all with the new string (using "20" for spaces if it has less than five letters). It worked the first time for me with WinME. Chase

Download WinBoost from Magellass Web site. However, the maximum length for it is 5 characters.
