I have a comment about How
do I sort the Start Menu alphabetically?:

You can name the items in the Start Menu beginning with a number. For example: 1 - Microsoft Word; 2 - Quicken; 3 - Netscape, etc. After you open the start menu once or twice, all the items will be sorted by number. And you can run your programs by simply typing the number. For example, to run Word, you just type the number 1.

Or you could just right click in the programs menu, and click sort by name.... much faster.
