hardly a unique name

The name Vista is already used for other systems.
In the USA, the VA health system calls their software system VistA.
There are more computer-related and other uses (http://www.acronymfinder.com/af-query.asp?String=exact&Acronym=vista).
Microsoft is practically guaranteeing that the VA won't adopt the new Vista while
the old VistA is still around just to avoid confusion over the name.
