Malware removal | IE setup corruption

That's the idea. :) a computer is safe when it's turned off. Any OS is not safe when it is useful and popular (Linux would have a lot of malware attacks if it would become popular, for example; anyway, some evil hackers write malware for Linux). Windows is useful and popular thanks to Win95 and WinNT 4.0, so from these versions the malware attacks have increased.
