I don't know about CPUs. I don't know about video or sound cards. And I don't know why I want Windows Vista. Probably because I want to leave the 16/32bit world to enter the 64bit world. My old PC will be for 32bit or 16bit apps, but if WINE can emulate 16bit Windows apps under 64bit Linux, no problem. Also note that this is only a project for 2006/2007.
