Your computer is not compatible with Windows Vista, so Windows Vista cannot be installed

I have an Athalon 2400+ with 2gb ram and a new Radeon 9550 video card. I used the upgrade advisor and everything checks out ok, advising that Vista Premium is the best bet. When I try to install Beta2 x86 I get this message "Your computer is not compatible with Windows Vista, so Windows Vista cannot be installed" and to contact the device manufacturer. Any suggestions?
