Josh, which link were you using? the microsoft download manager? or your own? It doesn't sound like the file was downloading properly, how long was it taking until it said it was finished? I used the MS Download manager, it did drop a couple of times, but as long as you keep that IE screen running (you can minimise it) it resumes ok.
