build 5728 better than rc1 (5600)? can i install it over rc1?

hi everyone,
well i've recently installed the rc1, but now i've seen there is the build 5728 as
well.
when i signed up for the tester program in the microsoft webpage, i was allowed to
download the rc1 (build 5600) even if the 5728 was already out. why?
and, if i download the 5728 can i install it over the rc1?
sometimes my rc1 gets updates from the windowsupdate webpage, will it become like
the 5728 or i have to download it and install it over?
