Can't Connect to internet

I just installed Vista yesterday on my computer, and everything was fine. Then it
froze and when i rebooted i couldnt get on the internet anymore. Modem is working
fine, ethernet card is enabled, using roadrunner, ran the diagnose multiple times
and nothing works. HELP PLEASE!!! I really dont want to spend all night on the
phone with Dell....
