re: build 5728 better than rc1 (5600)? can i install it over rc1?

Yeah, I just did a clean install on my "minimums" PC, and from intial install to
last reboot after updates was 34 minutes. Its running a bit faster now too, I did
an upgrade install on both my test PC's with RC2 from the post RC1 build.
