repairing vista boot loader Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at 10:24 am Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by swarup (40 messages posted) hi, i had windows xp pro and windows vista rc1 as a dual boot system. after a few days, my win xp got corrupted. so i reinstalled winxp and lost the boot loader to vista. i want to create a bootloader that will help me to boot into xp or vista. i do not know how to use bcdedit or bootmgr or ohter tools to repair the vista installation. can any one help?
