Though I'm interested still in balloon tips preventing. Another 'feature I notice is that one of the options is to put the pc to sleep etc & save everything & when you move the mouse etc it wakes up but I notice it loses it's internet connection e.g. red cross on the 2 pc's in taskbar & I couldn't repair it etc. Had to reboot which fixes it every time. I've see nthat on an xp pro pc too so something obvious I'm sure to a pc whizz.
