In Vista you will have the new format XPS, which is paginated XML.
XPS is much smaller files, that can be viewed by others with a XPS Viewer, and at
the same time you'll be able to make text searches in all your collegues' files via
MS Sharepoint.
Most printer manufacturers will brag and scream about their XPS compatible printers
in a few weeks. Some of them have already done so a year ago. Wait and see.
