Gutmann raises serious technical issues in his original paper, which MS is finally acknowledging. I believe it is settled law that people have a right to "fair use." You don't seem to agree with that. IMO, MS would better serve it's customers by coming up with solutions that honor both property rights and fair use rights. The solution MS seems comitted to implimenting seems very one sided, and not in the best interests of the consuming public for reasons Gutmann has already explained.
