As of this date, Vista does not support Compuserve and they suggested that I switch to AOL. I beleive they are trying to get everyone off Compuserve and on to AOL. They have been trying to do that for years and Vista seems to be the tool that is making everyone do it. Thus, I have not made the move to Vista in waiting to see how the Compuserve problem will resolve itself. Interestingly, the Compuserve proram has worked on the Beta version I have.
