Unknown device - info for forum members Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at 12:36 pm Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Alex01 (1 messages posted) Did a clean install of ultimate 64 bit on asrock 775dual-vsta board. It seemed that all was ok except for an unknown device showing in device manager. I spent half a day trying find a driver for device with success. Finally fixed with a bios update to ver. 2.40, apparently had some fixes for vista - this is the last reason i would have thought it would be. I post this so hopefully no forum member wastes time like i did.
