Appreciate your opinions Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at 4:03 pm Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by MartyA (27 messages posted) Hardware As of 1/31/07 ASUS Midtower case ASUS P5LD2 Motherboard with 800 MB Front Side Bus Pentium D CPU 3.4 GHz Dual Core Samsung 3 Gigs Memory Western Digital HD 250 GB RAID SATA Maxtor One Touch II 200 GB External HD ASUS DRW-1608PCS DVD-RW Drive Floppy “A” Drive ATI 2006 Edition All in Wonder PCI-E X1300 Video Card Creative Labs Audigy 4 Sound Card with 7.1 Surround Sound Speakers Linksys Broadband Firewall Router Motorola SBVS120 SURFboard Cable Modem APC BACKUPS XS 800 I want to keep my current files so I chickened out and bought the Vista Ultimate upgrade. (I haven't installed it yet and and am still using XP Pro SP2. Any opinions as to whether my system will be able to take the upgrade. The Upgrade Advisor didn't raise any red flags about my hardware and the only software it told me to uninstall is Stardock's WindowBlinds. Also is anybody having any problems with iTunes and Vista? Opinions and help are appreciated. The people in this forum have saved me on more than one occasion. I will be more than willing to help out anybody else if needed.
