Your best bet is to upgrade XP PRO and just leave it at that.  I'm assuming that 
you need to upgrade instead of doing a clean install.

There are a lot of oddball situations where software will continue work if you upgrade 
the OS.  But not if you re-install the software on the new OS.  You tend to get these 
headaches more on server migrations from NT/2000 to 2003
